- Within the Sultanate of Oman: Shipping cost is 1 OMR.
- To GCC countries: Free shipping.
- Delivery takes between 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination.

- Returns are only accepted if a damaged or incorrect product is received, within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic proof.
